Singapore Botanic Gardens

What a greater happiness for an introvert could be than getting a total peace of mind at Botanic Gardens?

Ya, surely nothing else. I always wondered how people do get amazed by shopping malls while being surrounded by glass walls and and concrete ceiling? Don't you feel like being prisoned into a vacuum mug with no lid to escape? Wow, it looks scaaaarrryyy.

However, being 5th time in Singapore gives me another chance to discover new beauties of this little country.

Can you believe that On 4 July 2015, The Botanic Gardens , received inscription as a UNESCO World Heritage Site at the 39th session of the World Heritage Committee (WHC)?!

The Gardens were originally developed along a 3-core Concept. The three cores comprised Tanglin which is the heritage core retaining the old favourites and charms of the historic Gardens; Central, the tourist belt of the Gardens; and Bukit Timah, the educational and discovery zone. However,  I know you don't like loooong reads, so go to the gallery and find out more about Singapore Botanic Gardens.
